Some of the information we collect when you send us a reservation, such as your name, postal address, email address, credit card information or telephone number, may allow you to be identified (“Personal Information”). An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. When you send Art and Walk a message through the contact form on the ‘contact’ page, such as to book a tour or request information, you will be asked to provide certain Personal Information, which we will use to fulfill your request.
Surveys: We may ask you to complete surveys or opinion polls from time to time. We only use the information that we collect from surveys in an aggregate manner, not in individually identifiable form.
We may use information that we collect from you for the purpose of communicating with you and responding to your inquiries. Those communications could, for example, take the form of service updates, promotions for products or services that we provide, or e-newsletters.
When you send Art and Walk a booking through our booking system on the Tour page, you will be asked to provide certain Personal Information, which we will use to complete your booking. Our booking system will be creating a WordPress Subscriber user accounts for all new customers. If the user is logged in then the new customer will be associated with the existing user account. Returning customers will have their personal information fields filled in at the Details step with the data previously saved in cookies.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Therefore, personal data may for example be disclosed to external parties that provide us with IT services, but also to service providers of tours that we book on your behalf.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
