Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations and Art and Walk encourages you to read them carefully. It is under these Terms and Conditions that bookings are made and accepted by Art and Walk. Unless otherwise stated, any purchases made through Art and Walk are subject to these Terms & Conditions. When a Customer makes a booking it will be deemed they have accepted the Terms & Conditions on behalf of all individuals included in the booking and consents to these Terms & Conditions by using Art and Walk. No alterations or variations to these Terms & Conditions will be accepted unless agreed in writing by Art and Walk.

Accident or Loss

Please take care of all personal belongings. Art and Walk will not be liable for any theft, loss damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to negligence by Art and Walk, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) for damages to a maximum of the refund of the ticket price.

Personal Safety

Each Customer is responsible for maintaining their safety at all times. By agreeing to take part on the tour, all Customers are agreeing to listen to the safety instructions given by the Guide and to exercise due care and attention whilst walking.

Prices

The prices appearing on the website are the current rates and can change with no prior notice. Once a Customer has booked a tour with Art and Walk, the Customer will not be required to pay any difference in the event of a price increase and Art and Walk will not refund the balance of any price reduction. All prices are per person unless otherwise stated.

Changes to existing bookings

It is not possible to make changes to existing bookings, unless Art and Walk receives notification 96 hours in advance, in writing, to info@artandwalk.com

Booking method

The full payment is required to secure your tour with us. You will pay the total amount online by creditcard or cash before the start of the tour unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

1) Cancellation 4 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date.
→ You are reimbursed for the full activity price.
2) Cancellation between 48 and 96 hours prior to the agreed activity starting date.
→ You are entitled to a 50% reimbursement.
3) Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the agreed activity starting date or not showing up are what we call last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
→ No reimbursements will be effected.

Cancellations by Art and Walk

We might cancel an activity if circumstances beyond our control make the activity impossible or dangerous, such as poor weather conditions and force majeure.
If we have less than 5 participants for a activity we might also cancel due to low occupancy of the activity. In such cases, you will obviously be fully reimbursed.
In case of bad weather conditions or other last-minutes factors, we can also propose to reschedule the activity. It’s up to you to accept or refuse such changes (for example, it may be difficult to postpone an activity in you are on a tight schedule). If you cannot attend the new proposed date, you will be entitled to full reimbursement.
