Vronti cliff Hike

This hike starts just before Aperi, near the exit to Achata beach. This hike goes to the edge of the Vronti mountain. The sea unfolds right next to us as we hike our way towards Pigadia through the forest. The trail takes us both upwards and downwards and a trained eye is required to follow the somewhat overgrown trail. Fantastic gorges in the mountain show how a river once formed this landscape on its way down to the sea. At the end of our hike we find a church that we’ll visit followed by an old harbor, hidden at the end on Vronti beach. We hike back to Pigadia and can look back on our adventurous journey.

This hike is only for experienced hikers. Not suitable for those with fear of heights. After about 5 hours we are back in Pigadia.
